Refund Policy

1. Digital programs

Due to immediate access granted upon purchase, Dimension 21's digital training programs are generally non-refundable once the program has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your program, our support team will resolve them promptly.

2. Physical merchandise

Where physical apparel or gear is offered for sale, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a verified technical failure preventing program access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.

4. How to request a refund
